These Terms & Conditions govern your use of HappyCart and any purchases made through our marketplace. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to defraud vendors or other customers.
Product listings, pricing, and availability are provided by individual vendors and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
HappyCart hosts a multi-vendor marketplace. Each vendor is responsible for the accuracy of their product listings and fulfillment of orders. HappyCart facilitates the transaction but is not the manufacturer or seller of record for vendor-fulfilled items.
Returns and cancellations are subject to our Shipping Policy and individual vendor policies where applicable.
HappyCart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the marketplace, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
