Using Our Marketplace

Orders & Pricing

Product listings, pricing, and availability are provided by individual vendors and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Vendor Marketplace

HappyCart hosts a multi-vendor marketplace. Each vendor is responsible for the accuracy of their product listings and fulfillment of orders. HappyCart facilitates the transaction but is not the manufacturer or seller of record for vendor-fulfilled items.

Returns & Cancellations

Returns and cancellations are subject to our Shipping Policy and individual vendor policies where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

HappyCart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the marketplace, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
